• All Classified positions, including substitutes, excluding secretarial and library aides must be able to lift 50 pounds and be on their feet all day.

• All Child Care Worker positions, including substitutes must be able to lift 50 pounds and be on their feet all day.

• A valid Washington State Teacher Certificate with endorsements for the position listed.
• Professional appearance and judgment.
• Successful teaching experience.
• Demonstrated successful experience in position listed.
• Excellent communication skills with students, staff, parents, administrators, and community.
• Ability to collaborate as a team member with other staff members.
• Willingness to accept related duties as assigned by the principal and the superintendent.

Professional Qualifications for Para-educator Positions

• The candidate must have an AA degree or two years of college or be able to pass the PRAXIS.

Salary and Benefits

• Certificated: Pay will be based on the placement on the Washington State LEAP schedule, depending on education and experience unless noted.
• Classified: Pay will be based on the placement on the classified salary schedule, depending on experience unless noted.
• Coaching/advisor: Pay will be based on the placement on the coaches salary schedule, depending on experience unless noted.
• Child Care Worker: Pay will be based on Washington state minimum wage. Benefits will begin with positions of 4 hours or more per day.
