Professional Qualifications for Certificated Positions
- A valid Washington State Teacher Certificate with endorsements for the position listed.
- Professional appearance and judgment.
- Successful teaching experience.
- Demonstrated successful experience in position listed.
- Excellent communication skills with students, staff, parents, administrators, and community.
- Ability to collaborate as a team member with other staff members.
- Willingness to accept related duties as assigned by the principal and the superintendent.
Professional Qualifications for Para-educator Positions
- The candidate must have an AA degree or two years of college or be able to pass the PRAXIS.
Salary and Benefits
- Certificated: Pay will be based on the placement on the Washington State LEAP schedule, depending on education and experience unless noted.
- Classified: Pay will be based on the placement on the classified salary schedule, depending on experience unless noted.
- Coaching/advisor: Pay will be based on the placement on the coaches salary schedule, depending on experience unless noted.
- Child Care Worker: Pay will be based on Washington state minimum wage. Benefits will begin with positions of 4 hours or more per day.
