The Special Board Meeting was called to order at 7:00 PM.

The Palouse Board discussed budget considerations.

Discussion over the upper gym lawsuit was held.

The Palouse Board went into Executive Session at 9:00 PM to discuss Superintendent Evaluation.

The Board entered into Executive Session to discuss a Personnel Evaluation.  The Board came out of Executive Session at 10:00 PM.

The Special Board meeting was adjourned at 10:00 PM.
