PALOUSE SCHOOL DISTRICT #301

SPECIAL BOARD MEETING - THURSDAY, JANUARY 8, 2003

The meeting was called to order at 8:00 p.m. by Palouse board chairman Jerry Schwartzman.

Present: Palouse board members Jerry Schwartzman, Paula Echanove, Kent Keller, John Leendertsen and Mike White.

Also Present: Superintendent Beverly Fox and Business Manager Patsy Dunning.

The meeting entered into executive session at 8:01 p.m. for personnel evaluation.

The regular meeting reconvened at 10:25 p.m.

Kent Keller moved for the Palouse Board that they endorse and re-affirm Bev Fox's existing superintendent contract for the remainder of this school year. Furthermore,because the Palouse board supports and has confidence in Bev Fox, it is presently their intent to renew her contract. Paula Echanove seconded the motion and it passed unanimously.

There being no further business the meeting was adjourned at 10:30 p.m.
