The A.M. presentation included a presentation/discussion by guest speaker Neal Powell of the Washington Association of School Administrators.

1.Co-op Plan

Goal 1 Preserve the Co-op

Goal 2 Adopt a Co-op Plan and set an annual date to review the plan

Goal 3 Adopt Board Operating Procedures and set an annual date to review the procedures

Goal 4 Work on hiring procedures for certificated/non-certificated Employees

Goal 5 Work on hiring procedures for supplemental and athletic contracts

Hiring Procedures, Guidelines for decision making of joint areas

Admin. Appeal Committee – no discussion was held

Review and refine each year – a month will be set to do this

Transportation/Technology – no discussion was needed at this time
