SPECIAL GARFIELD BOARD MEETING
MAY 9, 2003
Mike Cronk called the meeting to order at 9:00 p.m.
Present: Garfield board members Mike Cronk, Roger Pennell, Warren Neal, Jill Palmer and Craig Cochran, Also Present: Recorder Jody Akins, Guests: Richard Leinweber
Mike Cronk opened the meeting by stating that we were here to offer a position of Principal/Superintendent for the next school year to Bill LaMunyan.
Warren moved to offer a two-year contract to Bill LaMunyan for $72,000 a year with the stipulation that it can be reviewed if the administrative structure should change within the coop. Craig seconded the motion. Motion passed unanimously.
The meeting was adjourned at 9:07 p.m.
