Another great showing by the GarPal MS track and field team in Colfax, Monday May 7!
On the men's side, 8th grade anchor Mitch Dymkoski placed 5th in the 100m (14.74), 7th in the javelin with a PR of over 10 feet (77'3"), tied his PR in the high jump (4), and PR'd in the long jump (12'5").
On the women's side, 8th grader Delanie Watkins placed 3rd in the 100m with a PR (11.84), 3rd in the 200m (31.64), and matched her PR in the long jump (11'7.5"). 8th grader Holly Brown placed 2nd in the Long jump with a PR (12'5"). 7th grader Tuli O'Neill placed 6th in the javelin with a HUGE PR (69'7") and PR'd in the long jump (10'9") 6th grader Paysen Griner placed 3rd in the 75m hurdles with a PR (14.34). 6th Grader Emily Bagott PR'din the shot put (15'6.5") and the long jump (7'5"), and placed 7th in the 200m (40.04). Brown, O'Neill, Griner and Watkins placed 5th in the 4x100m relay (63.54).
The Women's high jump results were not available.
The Raiders will be back at the track next Monday in Colfax.
